As outlined in my chapter in the book 'Esox Lucius' it had been my intention to produce a case of arguably the most famous pike in recent angling history. No expense was spared, using John Edwards of 'Fish Recreations' to produce the cast from the body of the original fish.

The glass (56 inches long...) and gold writing alone cost just short of £600 and the case was created in the late Cooper/Griggs style which suited the fish. The fish was instantly recognisable but the gold writing to the front of the bow fronted case confirms "The Wykeham Pike, Heaviest weight 46lbs 11ozs February 2014"

This is a case which stops people in their tracks and has been limited to three examples, each has an ivorine plaque indicating the case number. 1 of 3 has been taken but 2 and 3 of 3 are now available at cost. A piece of angling history to own, a large space will be needed though as the case size is 56" by 22.5" by 11".
